- GPS tracking for delivery purposes.

Pricing: Prices displayed in the App are subject to change without notice. All charges are in Algerian Dinar (DZD).

Payment Methods: Payments can only be made through cash on delivery. Card payments are not currently supported.

Refunds: Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy, which is available in the App or upon request.

All content in the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Nexo Pizza or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexo Pizza is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to errors, delays, or interruptions.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App or its features at any time without prior notice. These Terms may also be updated periodically, and continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Algeria. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Algeria.
